Welding machine Iskravar - TIG 160i HF

The TIG DC Welding Machines are designed to weld all metals except Aluminium and Aluminium alloys. They are mainly used for welding Inox/Stainless steels, mild steel, Titanium, and Copper alloys. The shielding gas used pure argon. The machines are simpleto use, they are very light - ideal for use on construction sites, and have high working Duty Cycles. The welding arc is very stable from as low as 5 A and higher and with the Pulsing program (Type Puls) you can weld very thin material. All machines have HF ignition and switch for welding with electrode. Some of machines have 2T/4T function. You can also work with additional remote control and foot pedal.

Machine could be supplied with a water cooling unit and on a trolley where all cables, torch and gas bottle can be stored. This makes the system very compact and portable. The system can be complimented with additional accessories if required. These options include Remote control, Foot pedal and TIG Cold Wire Feeder.

Wire feeder system TIG 400 CW is designed to sped up the tig welding operations, mainly with Stainless Steel (inox) and Aluminium, where high quality of welding and high productivity is be achived. The wire is fed directly to the arc. without any current and is therefore called cold wire. The system TIG 400 CW has varous controls including: Step less adjustment of constant ano Puls wire feeding. Step less reached. System TIG 400 CW is a stand alone unit wich a transformer, connects to 230 V AC supply. The unit can be set for operation with air water cooled torches and can also be supplied with remote control. System TIG 400 CW is suitable to connect to any TIG welding power with the relevant connector.
